BFAMI
The British Friends of the Art Museums of Israel (BFAMI) is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to raising funds to support educational programmes run by the Art Museums of Israel. These programmes share the rich artistic culture and history of Israel alongside prominent international contemporary art, with future generations across all strata of society. In recent years BFAMI has focused their fund-raising endeavours to support multicultural educational programmes targeted at more vulnerable social groups, such as children from deprived backgrounds, women at risk and new immigrants suffering from negative social stigma to name a few.
Cathy Wills is a Trustee and the Curator of the Fundraising Auctions, and has included more than 1000 international artists to date in Sotheby’s, Christie’s and Phillip’s, where the viewings are held.
